These terms set expectations for using the Rapide Presse website and submitting project information through our quote process.

Quote requests are not orders
Submitting a quote request does not create a purchase obligation or guarantee production, pricing, inventory, a delivery date or acceptance of a project. Project details and pricing are confirmed before production begins.
Turnaround
Any stated 3-business-day turnaround applies to qualifying projects and depends on garment or product availability, artwork approval, project requirements and other confirmed order details. A requested deadline is not guaranteed until Rapide Presse confirms it.
Artwork authorization
By providing artwork, logos, names, photographs or other content, you represent that you have permission to use that material for the requested project. Rapide Presse may decline content or projects it cannot appropriately produce.
Product availability
Brands, styles, colors and sizes shown on the website are subject to supplier availability. Substitutions or alternatives will be discussed before an approved project is produced when a requested item is unavailable.
Website information
We work to keep website information accurate, but product specifications, availability, service details and site content may change. A written quote or order confirmation controls the details of an approved project.
